At Le Catnip Collective (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to protecting your privacy. We understand that you may have concerns about how your personal information is collected, used, and shared, and we want you to know that we take those concerns seriously.
This privacy policy explains our practices for collecting, using, and sharing information through our online party game, Jumpin’ Jazz Cats, and any other related services (collectively, the "Game"). Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not use the Game.

Le Catnip Collective will NOT sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party. However, we may share your information with third parties for the following purposes:
To comply with legal requirements, such as to respond to a subpoena or court order.
To protect the rights, property, or safety of Le Catnip Collective, our users, or others.

Withdrawing Consent. If we have received your information from you because of your explicit consent, you can withdraw this consent at any time by sending an email to danwoodwalker@gmail.com.
Opting-Out. You may opt-out from having your Personal Information used for certain purposes. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters and promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter or communication or by emailing us at danwoodwalker@gmail.com. Please note that even if you opt-out of promotional communications, we may still need to contact you with important information about your account. Data Security
We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. Accordingly, we assume no liability for any disclosure of data due to errors in transmission, unauthorised third party access or other acts of third parties, or acts or omissions beyond our reasonable control.
Personal Information Outside of Canada
While Le Catnip Collective is using reasonable measures, when possible, to favour Canadian communication routing as well as Canadian providers, your personal information may in some situations be routed through foreign jurisdictions, such as the United States. In some cases, personal information that we manage may be transferred, processed and stored outside Canada, and therefore may be available to government authorities under lawful orders and laws applicable there. Le Catnip Collective will strive to protect personal information disclosed to third parties by contractual agreements requiring that those third parties adhere to confidentiality and security procedures and protections that are, at a minimum, equivalent to those employed by Le Catnip Collective itself.
Retention
We retain information about you as long as it is necessary for us to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. If required by applicable law, we shall delete your information when the information is no longer necessary or requested to do so.
